Wine, a women matter

They are cellar masters, sommeliers or they open wine bars. Always more women are making it in oenology and not only in France, the country of gastronomy. Paz Levinson from Argentina has managed to fight against the profession’s machismo: she was elected best sommelier of her country and the Americas. Today, she is renowned in France and advises the greatest chefs of the country. “A good sommelier should not just recommend expensive wines,” she says. In Paris she gives people the possibility to discover good wines at affordable prices. An Argentinian woman who creates a little more equality in French glasses!
